We stand behind our products! If you are not satisfied with your Bixbee purchase, you can return it for a replacement (of equal or lesser value), store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized Items or items purchased on Clearance.
Bixbee’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has a manufacturing defect with construction and/or material, you can return within one year of purchase. See our warranty page for more information.
Bixbee products that are purchased from Bixbee can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or credit in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, in new condition and be accompanied by the original hang tags and packaging. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Bixbee.

Full name, address, email, date of purchase and order # (if purchased from Bixbee), location of purchase if other than bixbee.com, reason for return.
No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization by Bixbee.
Non-defective products may be exchanged if the item is unopened and in a condition that allows for resale (see below for our policy regarding defective products). Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
All orders shipped with free shipping and submitted for return will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.

Reimbursement of Payment
Please allow a minimum of 3 - 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
Customers returning non-defective products may receive a refund less shipping costs and or minus a 10% restocking fee.
Clearance items and personalized items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Bixbee does its best to stock exactly what's pictured on the site, but in some cases, it is beyond our control. Manufacturers will sometimes change the colors on a product to provide options. Colors may vary, Bixbee will not be held responsible for items that may differ from image colors on this website.
Defective or Damaged Products
You must contact Bixbee within 10 days of receipt of a defective/damaged product or incorrect order.
If you believe your product is defective/damaged, please email CustomerSupport@Bixbee.com explaining the problem within 10 days of receipt. If the product is determined to be defective or damaged by no fault of customer, a full refund or replacement (if available) will be issued. In some cases, Bixbee may require you to send back the defective or damaged product. In these cases, we will provide you a shipping label for the return.
Incorrect Product Orders
If Bixbee ships a product other than the product ordered, please notify us within 10 days of receipt by emailing CustomerSupport@Bixbee.com. We will issue a return label to have the product picked up at our expense. The customer will have the choice of receiving the correct product, another item of the same value, or receiving a full refund including shipping charges. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.Return Address:

Shipping and Handling
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post.
Final Sale Policy
Clearance items and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Products are marked down for the duration of a specific sale event only. After the sale, the price is adjusted up to its value prior to the sale. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We are unable to make price adjustments on merchandise. Your purchase price is the only price we can honor.
Delivery Address Change Request
In the event a shipping address needs to be changed after your order has been placed, a $14 "Deliver to Another Address" fee will incur. If you have received an exception notification from UPS/FedEx, contact them directly at 1-800-742-5877(UPS) or 1-800-463-3339(FedEx) to have the address changed free of charge.
