Bixbee® products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in construction and/or materials for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. In some cases, we may offer you Bixbee store credit in exchange.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

To submit a claim, please send us an email at CustomerSupport@bixbee.com. You will receive an email confirming whether or not your item is covered.
Please include your name, address, email, and phone number (including area code) with the item, along with a description of the problem and photos of the item.
Bixbee warranties only apply to products purchased from authorized dealers.
This warranty does not cover products purchased on Bixbee® Clearance. Clearance items may be discontinued, and/or slightly blemished and offered at significant discounts therefore are not eligible for warranty coverage.
This warranty does not cover Bixbee® accessories or apparel.
